As a Digital Asset Management (DAM) solution, Agravity GlobalDAM handles media and media-specific information. PIM, ERP, CMS, and other systems remain responsible for their respective tasks. APIs connect these areas along your processes.
APIs are a fundamental part of the architecture. Authentication and the required scope of functionality are chosen specifically for each integration. An optional headless-capable operating mode lets Agravity GlobalDAM fit into your system landscape even without its own frontend.
Agravity handles operation and updates. The platform uses Microsoft Azure for storage, processing, and other services.
SSO into Microsoft Entra ID enables the integration of existing identities, groups, and security policies.
We first review standard functionality and configuration. Suitable connectors or API-based integrations follow after that. Customer-specific extensions are described as separate project components.
Together we define the first use cases and the required interfaces. A test migration helps verify media, metadata, and assignments before the productive switch.
