We define the data model, Collections, permissions, and the most important processes. A focused start makes onboarding easier and creates a solid foundation for other teams to build on.
2. Migrate media and test workflows.
Existing files and metadata are analyzed and mapped. A test migration lets us verify that structures, search, and integrations work as intended.
3. Go live together.
Once the first use cases are agreed on, we support you through go-live. After that, further content, user groups, and integrations can be added in priority order.
