Agravity GlobalDAM is a cloud-native SaaS platform on Microsoft Azure. Operations, updates, and technical development are managed by Agravity. Especially in Digital Asset Management (DAM), security and operations go hand in hand: we agree on the operating model and preferred Azure region together during the project.

Roles, groups, and feature profiles control functions and content access. Global roles and specific content permissions are considered together.

Entity history and logging support the traceability of changes. Scope and retention are clarified for your operating model.
Single-Tenant as an enterprise option.
A dedicated instance can support larger organizations' requirements for isolation and configuration. A Multi-Tenant offering is also available. We determine which model fits your organization based on usage, integration, and operations.
Discuss data protection in concrete terms.
For your review, we provide the relevant documentation and information on data processing agreements, technical and organizational measures, and storage locations. Specific requirements for regions, deletion, and recovery are defined in the project and contract.
Transparent technical alignment.
Need information on permissions, identity integration, logging, or a security questionnaire? Our team works with your IT to clarify which functions are included in the product and which requirements call for a supplementary agreement or integration.
